Mass Effect 2 Boxart

EA and Bioware have released images of the boxart that will be plastered on all copies of Mass Effect 2. Sadly, I don’t find the boxart for the second entry in the trilogy to be as good as the first game.
I feel the boxart is too “ACTION PACKED ACTION AWAITS THEE” and less emphasis on the space-drama feel the first game’s box art had.
Hopefully this is just to advertise the game to those who want to shoot things and ask questions later instead of having a bit of a chit-chat.

I agree, the cover art for the first game is definitely more fitting for the series than this one.
It doesn’t look bad though, it does catch my eye a bit more than some other games. It’s just… a bit out of place compared to the first.
Wat if we killed Wrex? hw does this add up? Ghost?
@EarthMammal The same way it adds up for MGS when we chose to save Merril instead of Otacon… except… in the end it seems none of the two died.
Also… my Shepard was female…
