Disgaea 3 is getting a patch for trophies on the PS3! But that’s not without some bad news.

The patch that adds trophies will come out on July 16th.

That’s fine and all, but there’s a slight problem: installing the patch renders any game save before the patch came out UNUSABLE. So you played the game 200+ hours? Well if you want to get trophies this all goes down the drain.

Most of the trophies are pretty lame, since they mostly require either doing basic stuff in the game, or being extremely lucky. Some are fine though, since they require to know the inner workings of the game well to boost your power high enough.
