There is a new and AWESOME Mass Effect 2 trailer and in case you didn’t see in the title–it’s cinematic from the same team that made the cinematic trailer for Dragon Age : Origins.
I don’t know why, but companies almost never release games in December. I have no idea why either since Christmas is coming. But it’s like that every year. The list is mindblowingly short. I couldn’t even find 10 games to put on here.
So sit tight and see the few noteworthy titles in the month of Christmas!

Just watched a new video over at gamespot, which focuses on the new character, which hints at a total of 10 new characters(we’ve met Grunt and Thane), in the upcoming Mass Effect 2.
Just received an email from SOE requesting that I take part in a survey to help them churn ideas around the next Planetside game!

This is it. Our 365th day on the interwebz. I’m happy we’ve made it this far, and we’ll keep going at it.
We started this for fun, and up until now I did have a lot of fun with this, and I’m sure the other writers did as well. I really loved just writing about games and other random stuff for this first year, and will continue on as long as I can. We started low, barely getting 20 visits a day(and actually being happy when we passed 50 visits in a day), and now we’re nearing 1000 visits a day, which is awesome.
I’d like to thank everyone that visited our site and commented on our posts and gave us feedback.
So cheers to everyone who visits us and of course everyone on the team for supporting the site, and let’s go for another year! More reviews and other random stuff will keep coming for sure!

Well, September is passing along nicely, giving us a few interesting releases.
But October… oh man, there’s tons of great stuff coming. Both on the multi-platform side and for system exclusives, there’s tons of potentially great releases. Even the PSP has some interesting releases.
Check it out and make your list of games you’ll be getting!
As usual, the game title is in bold, the release date is italicized, and for multi-platform games the systems they are coming for are between parenthesis. Only 1 game on the list this month is a japanese release so I’ve marked it appropriately.
And If I missed something, don’t hesitate to comment and tell me.

Random website PSBeyond reports that an “incredibly reliable source” told them that Gran Turismo 5 would be coming on the PS3 this month, at least in the UK.
The rumor is a bit shaky, as Sony had previously announced it would be getting a worldwide release(so releasing it before in the UK sounds a bit strange). And sites citing “incredibly reliable sources” are usuallly pretty fishy.
If it’s true, then Forza 3 has something to compete with next month, otherwise nothing changes and we’ll still wonder when GT5 will finally come out(instead of just an over-expensive glorified demo). So we’ll see how that ends up.

The game was confirmed to be coming in March 2010 in Japan, so probably later everywhere else.
Rumor=false
Over at the Mass Effect forums writer Patrick Weekes has, in one fell swoop, announced that the writers are not only working on promised DLC for Mass Effect 2 but that some writers have now begun work on Dragon Age 2.
Over at the Mass Effect website, under Universe, is new information on a new species that will be seen in Mass Effect 2.
