Hi! I have a Multiplayer Beta code for Drake 2. Let me know if you want it! I will reach the first commenter that leaves me an email address. You should try to format it into something less detectable. Ex: user|AT|domaindotcom.
Good luck!
OKAY, we have a winner. The code will be sent to Cody as soon as possible!

Hello,

Recently having returned to my old addiction, FFXI, this announcement had caught my attention during the Sony press release of E3. Naturally, SquareEnix trickled out a bit more information about it. Since this was announced as an online multi player, it was immediately flagged to the FFXI community as it’s sequel. The forums have been buzzing with speculation. We see familiar faces, a familiar world. Exciting! People analyzing every single word of the speech they gave for the announcement. Was this PS3 only!? What about PC? Xbox360? FFXI being a multi-platform game, you could essentially run it on Ps2, PC, Xbox360 and with a bit of a stretch even a PS3 (emulated as PS2). Turns out it will be PS3 and Windows. They are however researching the possibility of releasing on Xbox360.

This is the essential Tower Defense game. It was first built in flash on March 2007, and just now too the jump to consoles(handheld at least). It was a really fun time-waster on the web, that’s for sure.
Now that it’s on the DS, does it still have the same appeal?
Read on. This will be really short. You’ll see why.

Hi, This is a neat little development. You can now purchase XBLA games through Amazon.com Neat huh? No need to translate MSPoints into actual currency to determine just how much you’re spending on a game. Two questions go through my head right now though. Will amazon restrict international? Will amazon have deals on this that do not reflect XBLA pricing?
Update: It blocks Canadian adresses. I will verify if I can get the code with a mock American one sometime later when I have something I really want to buy.

It should read "Street Fighter: The Legend of SUCK"
Remember the Street Fighter movie? It was a very bad movie. But it still had its charms: It featured just about every street fighter character at the time, the bad acting was awesome, Raul Julia did an AWESOME job with Bison in his last acting role before dying (kinda sucks that his last role was in a bad movie…wait, maybe it’s his second to last role…) and it was just hilarious.
Now we get a new Street Fighter movie. This one centering around Chun Li. This could potentially be really good. I mean, they can easily flesh out the Street Fighter story, make it a bit more serious while staying true to the games’ narrative, and Chun Li is awesome. How could it go wrong? Well, the first peeks at the movie showed us that they had no intention on making this any good in the first place.
So I set my expectations low long before the film came out.
Did I set my expectations too low, or was I spot on in predicting the crappyness? Read on…

A new post on Major Nelson‘s blog (a very nice site to add to your RSS by the way) has indicated that they will be doing this new thing called Deal of the Week. It was rather successful in the past. So not only steam will be offering online downloadable games at discounted price. It’s nice to see that Microsoft has noticed this trend and is also participating in it.
The first game to get the deal of the week treatment is Braid. A very nice game to have played, which as of just recently has made a transition to PC. A little fine print on this however is that these deals are only available to Gold members. But with so many amazon deals for 12+1 months at 30$ in the past month, why wouldn’t you have gold right? I have spare cards!
Steam was offering Left 4 Dead pc over valentine’s weekend and the last deal was a package of indie games. I have read some news saying that Valve plan on doing this regularly too. Feel free to add me on steam friend list as well!
