Army Corps of Hell has some funny promotion videos.

You’ll have to show me the mr megaman’s creator summon in neptunia.

Binary Domain is by the Yakuza game’s team and is about a world where there are robots that think they are humans or something.

The story, instead of being in cutscenes that rivals MGS4 in length, are during the gameplay, and depending on your performance, your relationship with your teammates is affected. There’s more to it, but yeah, the latest preview I saw had set in stone that I was getting this.

I’m getting Hyperdimension Neptunia MK2…
Also getting the First Edition Vita package, and Gravity Rush if it ends up coming out at launch… and maybe Army Corps of Hell (definitely getting this if Gravity Rush isn’t a launch title).

Didn’t know much about Gotham City Impostors, might be more interesting due to the comic tie-in (at least for fans of said comic)… but I still don’t feel like FPS is a good genre for a Batman-based game. But maybe that’s just me, and maybe it works good with that particular storyline

As for 2012, I’m currently preparing a post to highlight games I’m personally interested in trying out, should be up soon.

2012 is actually looking good too. Anarchy reigns being delayed to July is a shame, that’s almost a year worth of delay (was first coming out last Fall), but if it means it’ll be better and tighter, go for it PG.

Good thing I’m not watching all that much anime anymore.

Gotham City Impostors is actually based on an official comic book storyline.

Not interested in FFXIII-2, Never Dead looks like something I’d rent to at least try out.

Not sure I’ll pick up SCV on release. Big fan of the series since Soul Edge in the arcades in the mid 90s. But I just bought King of Fighters XIII and I got the Old Republic keeping me busy. But I might cave in. (read I most likely will)

Checking out the specifics, it’s Sonic Team that made this. The people making the handheld games are the ones who are making the 3DS version.

Yeah, the recovery is just stupid. Fight Night Round 4 was similar gameplay-wise, but the recovery was pretty simple: straighten up and get up with the analog sticks and that’s it… If Real Steel had a similar system it would be a lot easier to play, since it IS sort of aimed at kids in a way (being based on a kids movie and all).

It is a fun game for my 10 yo son and myself. The only two gripes are the paid version doesn’t give Zeus and Twin Cities to be able to use. I still don’t know how to unlock them. Secondly, the recovery system after you get knocked down is extremely hard to recover and downright dumb. Fix it with an update.

Other than that, it a fun enough game for my son.
