I was planning on doing a full review of this game before playing it. But then I put the UMD in my PSP, and after seconds of playing I thought “Wait a second, didn’t I play this before?”. And after checking it up, I did… and heck, I even reviewed it over a year ago. That’s right, Metal Slug XX is actually just a PSP port of the 2008 release of Metal Slug 7 on DS. Yeah… I wasn’t expecting that (since I didn’t inform myself on this game other than knowing it was coming out).
So instead of doing a full review, since I already did that, I’ll just give my impressions on the ports quality.
Here goes! Just a note, this will be a really short review.

March has some pretty cool releases, including one of the most awaited games in years.
There’s lots of good releases, a few that aren’t too great, but overall it seems like it should be a really good month. Let’s go and see what March has in store for us gamers, shall we?
As usual, the multi-platform releases are toghether, the exclusive releases are in their own sections, and japanese releases are marked accordingly.

The year had a pretty good start, but things seem to be continuing pretty well for February.
As usual, I’m not listing all the games coming, just the interesting ones. And no, there’s no interesting Xbox 360 exclusives in February as far as I can tell.
Read on and see what February has in store!

Well, now that we’re done with our Games of the Year awards, it’s time to look into what great games are coming out next year.
Just a few notes here:
1. This is using knowledge we have as of the writing of this post (December 27th 2009). We obviously can’t see in the future, so we can’t predict delays, or unnanounced releases.
2. We will not update this list as the year goes by, unless there’s lots of demand for it.
3. This only includes “interesting” games, so no shovelware and such.
4. We also include games that might not come out in 2010, but that there might be a remote chance of them coming…
5. If we’re missing something don’t hesitate to tell us.
So let’s do this! Read on and see what interesting games are coming out in 2010!

Well, we’re done with our Game of the Year posts. Before we do anything else, let’s just do a quick summary of this year’s posts.
Last year we had a really crappy system for our GotY posts, but this year we almost seem *gasp* professional! Which I think is really cool.
So let’s go and look at all of the posts! Read on and check all the links!

The first game just won our award for one of the best PSP games of the year. And now a demo just came out for its sequel.
So I gave it a try… and it seems like it’s gonna be a lot better than the first!
Read and see what I liked about it! (just a short post)

Handheld gaming is a pretty important aspect of the gaming industry as a whole. The PSP might not be as popular as the DS, sure, but it’s a nice little system with quality games.
Combined with the release of the PSP Go and not that many new interesting releases, the PSP, as always, didn’t have an incredible year. But that’s not to say it didn’t get anything good at all.
The following games are all games that should at least be checked out for Sony’s handheld.
Read and see our 5 winners this year!

This game started out as a rumored Zelda game for some reason (because of the triforce symbol on the clock thing). It got a bit of hype because of that. What really interested me was the graphics, ad then I heard about the completely random concept. After playing the demos, I was sold.
What is it that made me fall in love with it? Read on and see!

Today, September 10th 2009, a few demos came out on the PS3/PSP, all of which I thought might be at least mildly interesting to check out: TMNT: TITRS, Katamari Forever, Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes and, for the PSP, Half-minute Hero.
TMNT:TITRS was one of my anticipated games this summer, yet I never checked out the 360 version, Katamari always intrigued me because of its popularity, Star Wars… well, it’s Star Wars…. and Half-Minute Hero has an interesting concept.
So, which of those fail, and which of those should we buy? Read my impressions for each of them and see! (I’ll make this short)

Well, September is on the way, which usually signals the end of the usual summer drought. Starting now until… usually the end of November, we’ll be bombarded by games… If they weren’t delayed to next year, like it’s the popular thing to do in recent days.
So, is it really the end of the summer drought, or do we have to wait a bit more? Read on to see what’s coming out!
And don’t hesitate to comment and tell me if I missed something in my list!
